Choosing the right type of business entity, preparing a shareholder agreement, operating agreement or partnership agreement, and having certain employees sign employment contracts or noncompetition agreements are just a few of the legal considerations every business should address. Many disputes arise because business owners fail to take the time to prepare adequate foundational documents and agreements. The Law Office of Lawrence B. Lambert can help with these corporate transactional and contractual agreements.
